Our process is designed to keep you informed, involved, and confident from the first call to the final walkthrough. 1. The First Conversation – The Most Important Step

This is where we get to know each other. We’ll introduce ourselves, learn about your goals, style, and timeline, and explain how we work. From the very first call or text, our goal is to make the process easy, clear, and stress-free.

By asking the right questions up front — the ones that matter for your specific project — we can prepare an estimate that’s about 95% accurate. This early connection sets the tone for the rest of the project and ensures we start off on the right foot, working together toward the same vision.

2. Your Project Blueprint – Accuracy Before Action

To ensure precision, we’ll request:

• Your name, contact info, and project location
• A simple sketch or measurements of your space
• Photos of key areas (counters, corners, sinks, showers, floors, or cabinets)
• Material preferences — quartz, granite, quartzite, marble, porcelain, tile, flooring, or custom cabinets
• Backsplash or tile style (6-inch, full-height, or custom design)
• Any special features or upgrades (waterfall edges, heated flooring, built-in niches, specialty edging, soft-close drawers, etc.)

Communication Point: The more complete the information we receive, the faster and smoother your project will move forward.

3. Materials First — Secured Before We Begin

Your estimate will include:

• Photos of in-stock materials available for your project
• An invitation to our private showroom for one-on-one selection
• The option to visit our suppliers with us to view their newest inventory

Because natural stone changes constantly, we recommend viewing in person for quartzite, granite, marble, and porcelain.

We always secure your materials before starting demolition — no exceptions. This is how we minimize downtime and keep your home functional for as long as possible.

For example, in a kitchen renovation, we make sure everything is ordered, delivered, and ready to go before we remove your old countertops or cabinets. This way, you’re not without a working kitchen any longer than absolutely necessary. Once demolition begins, we move directly into templating, fabrication, and installation to keep the project flowing smoothly.

4. The On-Site Strategy Session – Finalizing Every Detail

Once you approve the estimate, we schedule a home visit to:

• Take exact measurements
• Review and confirm materials in your home’s lighting
• Finalize all design and functional details
• Lock in your project schedule

Communication Point: This is the last stage to make changes before work begins. After this step, we proceed according to the agreed plan to keep your project on time.

5. Our Facility, Our Standards – Precision Fabrication & Prep

All fabrication is done in our own facility — no outsourcing.

• Countertops are cut, polished, and finished to exact specifications
• Seams, edges, and cutouts are perfected before leaving our shop
• Flooring, cabinetry, and tile are staged, inspected, and ready for installation

6. The Install – Professional, Clean, Exact

Our installation team treats your home with care and respect:

• Countertops: leveled, aligned, sealed (when required)
• Showers: waterproofed, tiled, sealed for decades of use
• Cabinets: aligned, securely mounted, hardware installed
• Flooring: fitted with clean transitions and no shortcuts

We confirm installation dates in advance and keep you updated if timing changes due to materials, suppliers, or other factors.

7. The Sign-Off – Your Approval Comes First

We complete a final walkthrough with you to check every seam, surface, and detail together.

You’ll receive:

• Our Maintenance & Care Guide tailored to your materials
• A One-Year Installation Warranty
• Lifetime phone support for future questions or guidance

Installation Process

Installation Process

1. Delivery & Setup

• All fabricated materials are carefully transported to your home by Revive Stone & Tile Inc.’s team.

• We protect entryways, floors, and surrounding areas before bringing materials inside.

2. Precision Placement

• Countertops, cabinets, tile, or flooring are positioned according to the templated measurements.

• Adjustments are made on site for a perfect fit, ensuring alignment with walls, appliances, and plumbing.

3. Seam Work & Detailing

• Seams are joined with high-strength epoxy, with colors chosen to best blend with your material.

• Where possible, vein matching is performed to maintain a continuous, natural flow of the stone.

4. Plumbing & Hookups (when applicable)

• Installation of under-mount sinks, faucets, and plumbing connections is completed by our team.

• Testing of water lines, garbage disposal, and drain connections is performed before final sign-off.

5. Final Detailing

• All exposed edges are checked for polish and smoothness.

• Caulking, sealing (if natural stone), and adjustments around cooktops, sinks, and walls are completed.

6. Thorough Clean-Up

• Work areas are fully cleaned and cleared of debris, dust, and materials.

• Surfaces are wiped down and ready for immediate use.

7. Finishing Touches

• The small details are what matter most, and our team takes the time to perfect them.

• We ensure that every line, seam, and edge reflects the craftsmanship and care we promise our clients.



8. Final Walkthrough

• A full walkthrough is conducted with you to review the installation.

• We answer questions, review maintenance instructions, and confirm your complete satisfaction.
